A mixture of ground raw chick peas, parsley, onion, cumin and others, that are shaped into balls and deep fried.

  • How to use:

Add cold water to the falafel mix then deep fry the balls in hot vegetable oil until they are nice and crispy form the outside. Traditionally they are served wrapped in pita bread and garnished with tomatoes, cucumbers and pickles, drizzled with tahini and topped with spicy sauce.
